When our homeowner moved into this newer home, the layout was good, but the house offered the typical builder drab finishes, which were underwhelming to say the least. We replaced all the flooring surfaces with porcelain tile and wood plank flooring to update the main floor, and then refaced the existing cabinetry, adding many touches to the cabinetry to make it more interesting, like the exterior columns on the peninsula area in addition to adding new countertops and a fancy backsplash to add some bling to the mix. Transformation complete!
